Why Psychotherapy?
I know how hard life can be — when you feel stuck and are deliberating a life change, when it feels like anxiety prevents you from living your life, or when you desperately want to connect with your partner but feel so disconnected you don’t even know where to start. Yes, life can be hard. But, you don’t have to do it alone. We were built to do this together.
Therapy provides the space to cultivate a life that is worth living. It allows people to reduce struggles with unwanted symptoms, work through challenging situations, and frees us from stagnation. When you’re ready and with the right therapist, you can begin to build a life lush with meaning, value, and flexibility.
Why see Dr. Lindsey Knott?
