Meet Dr. Lindsey Knott

I’m Lindsey. I’m a licensed psychologist in the state of Texas with 13 years of experience in clinical psychology. I absolutely love what I do. I completed my master’s from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, my PhD from Western Michigan University, and my postdoctoral training at Baylor College of Medicine. My previous training and employment history include holding positions at top treatment facilities for anxiety and trauma disorders, including serving as a a residential counselor at The Houston OCD Program (now OCD Institute), training at Rogers Behavioral Health (formerly, Rogers Memorial Hospital), doctoral internship at the Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and serving as an assistant professor and clinical psychologist at Baylor College of Medicine.

I provide exclusively evidenced-based treatment, meaning my recommendations are grounded in science while also being individually tailored to fit your personal needs. I feel my most energized and centered when I’m able to assist others in creating their life worth living.

In my free time I enjoy connecting with my small family of three (plus our new pup, Apollo), game nights with friends, various artistic pursuits, and nurturing my collection of plants.

I look forward to learning more about you and helping you on your path toward personal growth.
